Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing to purchase from Dover Cylinder Head Service, LLC, doing business as Dover Cylinder Head (“Dover Cylinder Head,” “we,” “us,” or “our“). We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a partial refund.

Returns

To begin a return, please contact Dover Cylinder Head at 800.223.6235.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery date. 

Please note:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be assessed for all returns.
  • If the item has been opened, a 50% restocking fee will be assessed (in place of the standard 25% restocking fee).
  • Product cannot be returned once it has been installed.

 

Return Process

To begin a return, please contact Dover Cylinder Head at 800.223.6235. Please do not attempt to make a return until you have contacted us and received Return Approval.

Once the return has been authorized, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail you return to the following address:

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery date.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.urned once it has been installed.

 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.

Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear in your PayPal account or on your credit card statement.

We will notify you when your email has been processed.
